What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

Information submitted through any of the forms on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by 34SP.com on a secure server. Emails are transmitted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is a standard security protocol for establishing encrypted links between our server and our email client which is on a password protected MacBook Pro.

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
