
Dr Christopher Bullock

Christopher is a biomedical engineer with expertise in medical device design, biomaterials, and bioelectronics. In 2018 he completed a PhD in regenerative medicine at The University of Manchester where his research focused on the development of novel bioelectronic devices and the use of electrical stimuli to control cell behaviour. Christopher was the co-inventor of a graphene-based BCI technology that was spun out to form InBrain Neuroelectronics, which completed a first-in-human clinical trial in 2025. A passionate entrepreneur, Christopher co-founded QV Bioelectronics with Richard Fu. As CEO he oversees the commercial and technical operations of the business. He is a member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a lifetime member of the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Enterprise Hub.
